Juozas Gordevičius started sailing in childhood with Optimist, ILCA and 470 classes. However, now he mostly focuses on team sailing in inshore and offshore regattas with such classes as Platu 25 and X-35. Being accustomed to the role of team leader, he is confident that positive atmosphere and friendship between the team members are among the most important conditions on the way to the victory.
